Chi fosse in zona è invitato a partecipare! Vi aspetto.
Da lunedì 9 maggio poi, i nuovi copriteiera di Rumirù saranno in vendità sull'e-shop. Magari sarete voi stavolta a trovare il regalo perfetto...
The perfect gift

Spring has finally arrived, and together with it, new ideas too have started to fluorishing.
For me and Rumirù, I must admit, there was a time of creative break. Beside thousand ideas I had in my mind though, I had to face the evidence to shift from wool to cotton yarn for the hot summer to come.
The fact is simply I don't like cotton yarn. Somebody might disagree but I don't like those fake colors, nor I do like to crochet it. I don't like its continuous twisting, twirling and tangling. I doesn't relax me. It gets me hysterics!
So my mental ferment had to struggle with the impossibility to go on with hats and scarfs for the winter...
Then my birthday came. And the perfect present came along.
A dear and smart friend gifted me with the
book of this creative
australian author, wildly devoted to tea cosies design and - for what I could see -- with a fervent, endless imagination.
My ideas and my creations started to run wild, inspired by such beauty. By such bizarre and unique architectures.
Furthermore, tea cosies can be (oh yes, they have to!) made in wool (even in summer)!
That's how my new tea cosies branded Rumirù were born (here's only a little preview). The nice thing is that Rumirù, and such brand new creations -- will be exibithing next may, 7th and 8th at "I Vicoli dell'Arte e del Sapore" (the "alleys of art and tastes" fair) in Cottanello (Rieti province). Anyone who is around is invited to attend! Looking forward to it!
Finally, since next monday, may 9th, the tea cosies will be available on Rumirù's e-shop. Maybe this time, you'll be the next to find the perfect present...
